Privacy Policy for Arrivals: Check-in & Badges

This policy explains what the Arrivals: Check-in & Badges app ("the app"), made by MW Products LLC ("we"), does with information when a Wix site owner installs it.

What the app accesses

With your permission at install, the app reads your site's events, tickets, RSVPs and guest details (names, email addresses, phone numbers where collected, ticket numbers and check-in status) from the Wix Events & Tickets app. It also reads basic site information that Wix provides to every app. When you or your staff check a guest in, or undo a check-in, the app records that change in Wix Events & Tickets.

How the information is used

The app uses this information only to show your guest list, check guests in, print badges and tickets, and export a guest list file that you choose to download. QR codes are created in your browser.

Where the information is kept

The app has no servers or databases of its own. Guest information stays in your Wix account, is shown only inside your Wix dashboard, and is not copied, stored or sent anywhere by us. Exported files are saved only to the device that downloads them. The app remembers the last event you chose, in your own browser's storage.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. The app contains no analytics or tracking code.

Your choices

You can uninstall the app at any time from your Wix dashboard. Uninstalling ends its access to your site's data. Guest information remains in Wix Events & Tickets, where you can manage or delete it.
