These terms apply to foodiesaga.com and Plan my meal, run by [YOUR LLC NAME]. By using the site you agree to them.

The blog

Foodie Saga reviews are personal opinions from real visits. Restaurants change: menus, prices, hours and ownership may differ from what we describe. Sponsored content is always labelled.

Plan my meal

• Plans are suggestions. Restaurant details come from Google Maps; dishes come from restaurant menus, reviews or our own visits, and plans not marked "Tasted by Foodie Saga" are curated by AI. AI can make mistakes, so check the menu before you order.
• Allergies and diets: filters reduce risk but are not a guarantee. Menus, ingredients and kitchen practices change and cross-contact can happen. Always tell your server about allergies and confirm before eating. Do not rely on Foodie Saga for medical or allergy safety decisions.
• Raw or undercooked foods may increase the risk of foodborne illness.
• We don't guarantee availability, prices, reservations or delivery. Bookings and orders are between you and the restaurant or delivery service.

Accounts and plan allowance

You need a free account to use Plan my meal. Free accounts include [2] plans per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. Rating a planned meal after you've been can earn a bonus plan for that month (up to 2 a month); bonus plans have no cash value and don't carry over. Keep your login private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by automated use.

Paid plans

If we offer paid plans (such as Saga+), the price, billing period and what's included will be shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, and access continues until the end of the paid period. [REFUND POLICY].

Links and third parties

We link to restaurants, Google Maps, booking sites and delivery apps. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service. Some links may earn us a commission at no cost to you.

Our content

Foodie Saga's writing and photos belong to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit; please don't copy whole posts or photos without permission.

Disclaimer and liability

Foodie Saga is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any meal, reaction, booking or order arising from a plan or review. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
