Terms of Use for Arrivals: Check-in & Badges
These terms apply when you install or use the Arrivals: Check-in & Badges app ("the app") from MW Products LLC ("we") on your Wix site. By installing the app, you agree to them.
The service
The app adds guest list, door check-in and badge printing tools to Wix Events & Tickets. It works only with events created in Wix Events & Tickets, which must be installed on your site.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your events, your guests' information, and having the right to collect and use it, including any notices or consent your guests need. You are responsible for who you give access to your Wix dashboard, including door staff.
Pricing
The app is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will say so in the App Market listing before you are charged, and billing will go through Wix.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. Please keep a backup of your guest list, such as an export, for important events. We may update or change the app's features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from events going ahead, being disrupted or not happening. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app with reasonable notice.
